Fantastic team at jap car south. Over the moon With our Elgrand and the after care/support has been brilliant. 100% would recommend these guys.

A little anxious about buying an import but I needn’t have been from this local specialist family run dealership. Delighted with my 5 series 2.8i, they had two available, tough decision but Olivia knew the specs inside and out and came in especially on a Sunday to allow me and my Sons to have a further test drive. Was after a Nissan E51 Elgrand and have been researching & visiting a number of dealers selling them, with not the best experience, feeling quite disappointed, I had starting to give up until i was recommended *** Car South from a few people, and how happy I was to check them out. Seeing as I would need to travel around 3 hours, I gave the business a call & spoke to Peter who was very friendly and gave me the confidence to travel to see them. On arrival I was greeted by Olivia who offered to show me around & answer any questions I had. After picking the perfect car for me, Peter and Olivia arranged everything and was a simple and straight forward sale. After taking the car home and being myself, was looking into bits and bobs & had a few questions which Olivia was very helpful answering and I must say, her knowledge on these vehicles is outstanding. Overall I am very happy with my Elgrand & this has hands down been the best vehicle buying experience I've had. Peter and Olivia are very friendly and helpful. I was met at the train station. The car I bought was in excellent condition. Everything they said about the car was true. I felt safe throughout the process. They kindly helped me to do the paperwork to drive away.
